Stripe Reportedly Acquired Bridge for $1.1B, FCA Defends Firm Stance On Crypto Regulation
CryptoQuant contributing analyst Burakkesmeci noted that by Oct 18, the total amount of Ether held in accumulation addresses was 19 million ETH ($50 billion) — up from 11.5 million ETH back in Jan 2024.
Accumulation addresses, or wallets, is an indicator used to determine the overall investor confidence in Ethereum long-term.
The analyst predicts that by EOY, 20 million ETH will be held in accumulation wallets, says that Ethereum ETFs contributed greatly to this growth, and that it proves Ether is not just for tech people.
Ethereum ETFs, since their July launch, have recorded net outflows of $467.3 million.
