The Binance FUD was quickly swept under the rug once the news of SBF getting arrested got out. There are multiple charges against SBF and separate charges are coming from the SEC as well. The Congressional hearing on the FTX collapse is today and we’ve provided the link to the hearing below.

SBF arrested in Bahamas after they received formal notification from the US that they were filing criminal charges against him. Charges include: wire fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, securities fraud, money laundering and securities fraud conspiracy. SEC said they will charge him separately.
